精品论文 参考文献 急性胰腺炎消化内科治疗的临床疗效 张天翔 （四川省泸州市人民医院 四川 泸州 646000） 【摘 要】目的：分析了解急性胰腺炎患者通过消化内科方案治疗的具体内容以及临床应用效果，为以后对急性胰腺炎患者制定消化内科治疗方案提供有效临床参考依据。方法：以本院近年来收治急性胰腺炎患者为本次研究纳入对象，所有患者治疗方案均为消化内科治疗，随机抽取50例并以回顾性方法对其临床资料进行分析，归纳对此类患者消化内科治疗相关方案以及患者治疗后临床效果，观察患者治疗前后各项临床指标情况。结果：对比患者治疗前后各项临床指标如血淀粉酶、APACHE-II评分、白细胞计数以及白蛋白指数，患者接受治疗后指标均有明显改善，前后对比存在统计学价值（P＜0.05）。结论：对其采取消化内科保守治疗方案也能够取得令人满意的临床疗效，且不会发生药物相关不良反应，具有高效安全的优点，值得临床普及推广。 【关键词】急性胰腺炎；消化内科；保守治疗 【中图分类号】R576 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-6194（2015）02-0076-01 【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the specific content in patients with acute pancreatitis by digestion Department of internal medicine treatment method and clinical effect of patients with acute pancreatitis, for the future to develop treatment programs to provide effective digestion Department of internal medicine clinical reference. Methods: in our hospital in recent years treated patients with acute pancreatitis were recruited in the study object, all patients were treated in the Department of internal medicine for digestive, randomly selected 50 cases and the methods to analyze the clinical data of these patients were summarized, digestion Department of internal medicine treatment plan and after treatment in patients with clinical effect, the observation of patients the clinical indicators before and after the case. Results:Compared before and after treatment in patients with clinical indicators such as blood amylase, APACHE-II score, white blood cell count and albumin index, the patients were treated after parameters were significantly improved, before and after comparison of the existing statistical value (P lt; 0.05).
