精品论文 参考文献 护理干预对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗的效果分析 秦亚辉(昆明医科大学第三附属医院lt;云南省肿瘤医院gt; 云南昆明 650118) 　　 　　【摘要】目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者使用胰岛素治疗的教育指导内容，分析护理干预后的效果，提高患者用药依从性。方法：对75例2型糖尿病患者，给予针对性护理干预，根据患者个体情况制定相应的护理干预措施，要点包括疾病知识指导、使用胰岛素治疗的相关知识指导、规范性用药指导、用药效果的观察与记录；分析对比护理前后患者的治疗效果。结果：75例患者对疾病、胰岛素治疗认知和用药依从性3项指标护理前后比较有显著提高，差异有统计学意义。 结论:对使用胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病患者，实施有针对性的护理干预措施，有助于提高患者的治疗认知和用药依从性，从而提高治疗效果及对护理工作的满意度。 　　【关键词】??理干预 2型糖尿病 胰岛素治疗 　　【中图分类号】R473.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）44-0043-02 　　Analysis of Nursing Intervention in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Treated with Insulin 　　Qin Yahui 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the education contents in patients with type 2 diabetes was treated with insulin ,and analysis nursing intervention effect, improve the patients＇s compliance. Method In 75 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes was given targeted nursing intervention, formulated corresponding nursing intervention measures according to the individual condition of patients, The measures included disease knowledge education, the knowledge related insulin treatment, normative medicate education, observation and recording of treatment effect. Then analyzed the therapeutic effect that before and after care. Result: compared with the patients before treatment , their cognition and compliance have increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant.
