Methods: A hospital in February 2014 - January 2015 admitted to the period of 60 bladder cancer patients met the diagnosticcriteria, patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine care, nursing practice in the observationgroup were based on intervention, analyzed and compared the efficacy of two groups of patients. Results: spasticity patients withbladder occurred in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P lt;0.05); theincidence of bladder spasm in patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference wassignificant (P lt;0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of transurethral resection in patients with bladder tumor and significant effectof nursing intervention can reduce the occurrence of bladder spasm, worthy of clinical application.[Keywords] nursing intervention; transurethral resection of bladder tumor; bladder spasm 　　膀胱肿瘤是泌尿系统常见疾病，临床上对于膀胱肿瘤的治疗常采用手术治疗的方式，经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术是目前医学上主要的手术治疗手段[1]。由于经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术具有时间短、创伤小、预后恢复快、手术费用少等特点，而广受患者的青睐[2]。研究结果显示[3]，患者经过经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后会出现膀胱痉挛、出血，甚至泌尿系统出现感染，不利于患者的康复。为减少该症状的发生，本研究对行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者进行术后护理干预。现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料 选取我院2014 年2 月-2015 年1 月期间收治的符合膀胱肿瘤诊断标准的患者60 例，排除肝
