精品论文 参考文献 护理干预对脊柱外科老年患者术后早期功能锻炼依从性的影响 （泸州医学院附属医院脊柱外科 四川 泸州 646000） 【摘要】目的：为了提高脊柱外科老年患者术后早期功能锻炼的依从性并减少并发症的发生几率，分析和研究治疗过程中实施护理干预的价值和意义。方法：按照随机双盲对照的原则抽取120例于2014年1月至2015年1月在我院脊柱外科治疗的患者作为研究对象并分为对照组和观察组各60例，其中对照组患者进行传统的护理方案，而观察组患者在传统护理方案的基础上进行护理干预服务，对比和分析两组患者早期功能锻炼的依从性及对护理服务满意度等。结果：经过统计分析发现，观察组患者其早期功能锻炼的依从性、对疾病知识熟知程度及对护理服务的满意度三方面和对照组患者相比显著占据优势，而并发症的发生率和对照组患者相比显著降低，比较差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05)。结论：对实施脊柱手术的患者在治疗过程中采取护理干预方案，不仅可以增加患者对疾病知识的了解、减少并发症发生率，而且有利于患者早期功能锻炼及护患之间建立良好的关系，值得推广和借鉴。 【关键词】护理干预；常规护理；脊柱外科；依从性 【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）33-0027-03 Effective of nursing intervention for compliance of early postoperative functional exercise for elderly patients in spine surgery Liu Xiaolan ,Chen Hui. Methods 120 cases, which admitted in our hospital spine surgery during January 1, 2014 ndash; January 1, 2015, were selected as the research object, according to the principle of randomized double-blind controlled. They were divided into the observation group and the control group, each group of 60 cases. The control group patients with traditional nursing plan and observation group of patients on the basis of the traditional nursing plan added nursing intervention services. The compliance of early postoperative functional exercise and the nursing service satisfaction were analyzed and compared. Results After statistical analysis three aspects early functional exercise compliance, the disease known knowledge and nursing service satisfaction of the observation group was better tha
