毕业设计（论文）设计题目： 船舶火警报警系统 PLC 控制设计系 部： 电气工程系专 业： 电气自动化（工业企业）班 级： 工企 091301姓 名： 学 号： 093905130142指导教师： 职 称 讲师 2012 年 6 月 南京 摘 要 二十世纪九十年代以来，计算机的不断发展引发了各个领域的革命性变革。航运界也受其影响，使得现代航运对船舶自动化程度和信息集成程度的要求也越来越高。为了适应现代火警报警自动化的要求，PLC 控制逐渐取代继电接触器控制成为船舶控制的主要环节，使控制系统更加安全、迅速、可靠。 船舶在正常航行过程中，如果发生火灾，传统的继电器控制的火警报警器，虽然能够提供报警但是其容易发生故障而且不易察觉。然而采用 PLC 控制，当探测回路探测到火灾时，将火灾信号转变为电信号，输入到主机的输入回路，输入回路把模拟量的电信号转变为数字信号，能够排除各种干扰，，得到的结果有更好??灵敏性和正确性，从而更加安全可靠。上述设计满足了《2006 钢质海船建造入级规范》的迅速、实时、可靠、直观等要求。所以用 PLC 控制火警报警器就能够使全船安全系数得到大大的提高。关键词 ：火警 探测器 PLC Abstract Since the 1990s the continuous development of the computer triggered a revolutionarychange in all fields. The shipping industry is also affected by the requirements of modernshipping ship automation and the degree of information integration are increasingly high.In order to meet the requirements of modern fire alarm automation PLC control graduallyreplacing the relay contactor control the main part of ship control the control systemmore secure fast and reliable. The process of normal navigation of the ship firetraditional relay control fire alarm even though it can provide an alarm but it is proneto failure and difficult to detect. However PLC control when the detection circuit todetect the fire the fire signals into electrical signals the input circuit of the inputto the host the input circuit of the analog signal into digital signal to remove allobstacles to get the results have a better sensitivity and accuracy and thus more secureand reliable. The above design to meet the 2006 steel ship construction of classificationrules quotthe rapid real-time reliable intuitive requirements.
