精品论文 参考文献 探讨人性化护理模式在核医学检查中的运用 (四川西南医科大学附属医院核医学科 四川 泸州 646000) 【摘要】 目的:讨论人性化护理模式在核医学检查中的运用。方法:选择2016年03月至2016年07月在我院接受核医学检查的患者5000例，随机均分为观察组与对照组，对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组采取人性化护理模式，观察两组患者的焦虑程度及对护理的满意度。结果:观察组患者的焦虑度为50.55plusmn;10.31分,明显低于对照组71.34plusmn;05.22分；观察组护理满意度为96.35plusmn;03.25分,明显高于对照组78.18plusmn;20.45分，两组数据差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论:把人性化护理模式运用于核医学检查过程中, 可以明显缓解患者焦虑程度,患者对护理满意度较高,值得临床推广。 【关键词】 人性化护理模式；核医学；焦虑程度；患者满意度；运用 【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）31-0016-02 Discussion on the application of humanistic nursing model in the examination of nuclear medicine Liu Anmin. Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University, Sichuan Province, Luzhou 646000, China 【Abstract】Objective Discuss the application of humanistic nursing model in the examination of nuclear medicine. Methods Choose 5000 cases of the patients received nuclear medicine examinations from March to July 2016 in our hospital, and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The routine nursing care was taken in control group, and the observation group takes the humanistic nursing model, observe the anxiety level of patients and satisfaction of nursing in the two groups. Results The anxiety level of patients in observation group was 50.55plusmn;10.31; it was significantly lower than the control group of 71.34plusmn;5.22 points. The satisfaction of nursing in observation group was 96.35 plusmn;3.25 points; it was significantly higher than that of the control group 78.18plusmn;20.45 points. The difference of data between the two groups is statistical significance (P lt; 0.05).
