精品论文 参考文献 探讨全胃切除围手术期的护理体会 五常市人民医院 150200 摘要：目的 研究分析权威切除围手术期的护理观察。方法 此次研究的对象是选择18例胃癌患者。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并对术前评估、并发症护理、心理护理、术前胃肠道及皮肤准备进行分析，术后患者回病房后密切观察病情，术后活动指导，以及术后指导患者有效咳嗽排痰等围手术期护理，回顾分析18例全胃切除术的资料，总结围手术期的护理措施和对并发症的预防。结果 全组术后并发症发生率22.2%，无死亡病例。结论 针对患者的病情和心理特点以及术前术后需要注意和解决的护理问题，从而采取不同的护理措施，能够有效地预防并发症的发生，促进患者康复。精心的护理，密切观察病情变化，积极的术后营养支持治疗，可降低胃癌根治性全胃切除术的并发症及病死率。 关键词：胃癌；全胃切除；围手??期；护理 Abstract：Objective To study and analyze the perioperative nursing care of the authority.Methods the study subjects were 18 patients with gastric cancer.Will the clinical data were retrospective analysis，and the preoperative evaluation，complication nursing，psychological nursing，preoperative gastrointestinal tract and skin ready to analyze，postoperative patients back to the ward after close observation of disease，postoperative guidance，and postoperative patients with the guidance of effective cough sputum encircles the surgery time nursing，a retrospective analysis of the data of 18 cases of total gastrectomy，summary of peri operative nursing and prevention of complication.Results the incidence rate of postoperative complications was 22.2%，there were no deaths.Conclusion according to the patients condition and psychological characteristics，as well as the need to pay attention to and solve the problem of care before and after the operation，so as to take different nursing measures，can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications，promote the rehabilitation of patients.Careful nursing，close observation of changes in condition，positive postoperative nutritional support therapy can reduce gastric cancer radical total gastrectomy complications and fatality rate. Key words：gastric cancer；total gastrectomy；perioperative period；nursing 胃癌是普通外科常见病之一，其最有效的治疗方法仍为手术切除。对于全胃癌、胃体癌、近端胃癌多采用根治性全胃切除术。其手术切除范围大，并发症多，病死率较高。特别警惕是否有出血和吻合口瘘。我院自2011年10月～2014年5月以来，共施行胃癌根治性全胃切除术18例，经精心护理，取得满意效果，现报道如下。 1资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 本组共18例，男性11例，女性7例。年龄51～74岁，平均64岁。临床症状多表现为上腹不适、进食后饱胀、上腹疼痛、食欲下降、乏力、消瘦、恶心、呕吐。
