精品论文 参考文献 探讨产妇分娩护理中舒适护理的应用 黑龙江省大兴安岭地区呼玛县韩家园林业局职工医院 165100 【摘 要】目的 研究分析产妇分娩护理中舒适护理的应用。方法 此次研究的对象是选择我院2012年5月至2013年5月收治的100例初产妇患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并按照入院顺序进行分组，平均随机分为对照组和观察组两组，每组50例，其中，对照组患儿采用一般性常规护理模式，而观察组患者在常规护理的前提下，医护人员经过对其的专项研究，根据患者的实际问题采取具有针对性的舒适护理方式；护理后对两组患者的产程时间、产后出血情况、新生儿窒息率等相关项目进行总结、比对。结果 在对患者的相关数据进行研究之后可知，观察组患者的剖宫产、产后出血率、护理满意度调查等项目数据均优于对照组，组间的比较差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论对分娩产妇进行舒适护理，能够显著提高对患者的护理质量，降低其并发症率，是值得在临床上广泛推广的。 　　【关键词】产妇分娩；护理质量；舒适护理 [Abstract] Objective To study the application of comfort nursing care in maternity nursing. Under the premise of the patients in the two groups may method the research object is the choice of our hospital in 2012 to 2013 years 5 months were treated 100 cases of primipara patients，the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and in accordance with the order of admission were divided into two groups，the average were randomly divided into control group and observation group，each group of 50 cases，among them，the group with the routine nursing，while the observation group in the conventional care，medical personnel through the special study，according to the patients actual problem has taken the comfortable nursing；nursing of two groups of patients with labor time，postpartum hemorrhage，neonatal asphyxia rate and other related projects are summarized and compared. Results after studies in the patients data shows that observed group of patients with cesarean section production，postpartum hemorrhage rate and nursing satisfaction survey project data were better than the control group，between group differences have statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion comfortable nursing care for delivery women can significantly improve the quality of care of patients，reduce the rate of complications，it is worth to be widely popularized in clinical practice. [Key words] maternity delivery；nursing quality；comfort care 　舒适护理属于一种个性化的、全面性的、具有创造力的护理模式，能够促使接受护理后的患者得到身体、内心等方面的乐观或者明显缩短患者悲观的时间，从内到外促使患者的疾病逐渐康复[1]。我院对分娩产妇采取舒适护理模式，本文就对该模式的积极效果做出相应分析研究
