精品论文 参考文献 探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者检测同型半胱氨酸的临床价值 岳晏刚 　　（青白江妇保院 四川 成都 610300） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者检测同型半胱氨酸的临床价值。方法：实验组为80例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者，对照组为80例同期健康体检者，同时进行同型半胱氨酸浓度水平的检测，对实验结果进行分析。结果：浓度水平分析显示，与对照组比较实验组患者的同型半胱氨酸浓度水平有显著性升高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；同型半胱氨酸灵敏度为87.50%，特异性为98.75%；临床检测结果一致性分析可见，将临床确诊结果作为金标准，同型半胱氨酸检测结果中包括70例真阳性，79例真阴性，1例假阳性和10例假阴性，通过Kappa一致性分析可得Kappa值为0.86。结论：同型半胱氨酸对于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的辅助诊断具有一定的临床价值，它具有较高的灵敏度和特异性，与临床确诊结果具有较高的一致性。 　　【关键词】冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病；同型半胱氨酸；Kappa检验 　　【中图分类号】R541 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）14-0017-02 　　 　　To explore the clinical significance of the Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease by the Homocysteine testing Yue Yangang. Methods Choosing 80 cases of patients with the Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease for the experimental group, and 80 cases of healthy check-up for the control group, testing the Homocysteine, analyze the results comprehensively. Results Compared with the control group, there was significantly higher of the experimental group of the Homocysteine results(P＜0.05). The positive rate of the Homocysteine was 87.50% and the Specificity rate was 98.75%. Consistency analysis clinical test results, the results of clinical diagnosis as the gold standard, homocysteine detection results are included in the 70 cases of true positive, 79 cases of true negative, 1 period period negative, positive and 10 by Kappa consistency analysis available Kappa value was 0.86.
