精品论文 参考文献 探讨切开引流术治疗急性乳腺炎的术后护理体会 龙江县中医院 161100 摘要：目的：研究分析切开引流术对急性乳腺炎患者治疗后给予术后护理干预的临床价值。方法：此次研究的对象是选择我院2013年12月至2015年12月收治的急性乳腺炎患者84例。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据切开引流术后给予护理方法的不同对所有急性乳腺炎患者实施随机分组。对42例观察组急性乳腺炎患者完成手术后给予全方位护理干预；对42例对照组急性乳腺炎患者完成手术后给予常规护理干预；针对两组患者的焦虑程度以及抑郁程度进行观察对比。结果：所有急性乳腺炎患者在完成术后护理干预后，在焦虑程度以及抑郁程度表现方面，观察组明显优于对照组急性乳腺炎患者（Plt;0.05）。结论：对于急性乳腺炎患者，临床完成切开引流术后给予术后全方位护理，最终可以使患者的焦虑程度以及抑郁程度显著降低，疾病治愈率显著提高，最终有效促进护理工作的顺利发展。 关键词：切开引流术；急性乳腺炎；术后护理 [Abstract] Objective：To study and analyze the incision and drainage of giving the clinical value of postoperative nursing intervention for patients with acute mastitis. Methods：the subjects of this study is to select 84 patients with acute mastitis in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were cases. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to the methods of nursing care given after incision and drainage of all patients were randomly divided into acute mastitis. In 42 cases of observation group patients with acute mastitis after the completion of the operation to give the full range nursing intervention；42 cases of control group patients with acute mastitis after the completion of the operation given routine nursing intervention；for the two groups of patients with anxiety and depression were observed and compared. Results：all patients with acute mastitis in postoperative nursing intervention，anxiety and depression level observed group was significantly better than the control group of acute mastitis patients（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：for patients with acute mastitis，clinical after incision and drainage of given postoperative whole range nursing，ultimately allow patients with anxiety and depression decreased significantly，cure rate of the disease significantly improved，effectively promote the smooth development of nursing work. [Key words] incision and drainage；acute mastitis；postoperative nursing 对于哺乳期妇女，急性乳腺炎属于较为普遍的一种疾病，以初次生产的妇女较为多见。作为一种急性化脓性感染疾病，导致患有急性乳腺炎疾病的原因为出现了感受外邪以及乳汁淤积的情况，此种疾病特征主要体现为红肿热痛症状以及乳房结块
