精品论文 参考文献 探讨围手术期护理干预对结肠癌手术患者的护理观察 五常市人民医院 150200 【摘 要】目的 研究分析围手术期护理干预对结肠癌手术患者的护理体会。方法 此次研究的对象是选择我院结肠癌手术患者共60例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。并将上述患者经体格检查、影像学检查、病理组织学检查等确诊。对照组实施结肠癌围手术期常规护理。观察组在实施综合性护理干预：心理护理干预、健康教育、饮食指导、肠道准备、术后护理等。观察两组患者对护理满意程度，记录两组住院时间和并发症发生情况。结果 观察组护理满意率为93.3%（28/30），对照组护理满意率为53.3%（16/30），观察组患者对护理满意率显著高于对照组（Plt;0.05）；观察组住院时间显著低于对照组（Plt;0.05）；观察组并发症发生3例，对照组并发症发生10例，观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组（Plt;0.05）。结论 综合性护理干预有助于结肠癌患者术后恢复，提高患者对护理满意度，减少术后并发症，护理措施值得借鉴。 　　【关键词】结肠癌；手术；围手术期；护理 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the nursing experience of perioperative nursing intervention for patients with colon cancer surgery. Methods the study was conducted in 60 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital，and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. And the above patients were confirmed by physical examination，imaging examination，pathological examination and so on. Routine nursing care of colon cancer during perioperative period in the control group. Observation group in the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention：psychological nursing intervention，health education，diet guidance，bowel preparation，postoperative care，etc.. The nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were observed，the length of stay and the incidence of complications in two groups were recorded. Results in the observation group care satisfaction rate was 93.3%（28 / 30）and the control group of nursing satisfaction rate was 53.3%（16 / 30），the observation group patients on nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group（P lt; 0.05）；observation group hospitalization time was significantly lower than that of the control group（P lt; 0.05）；observation group，complications occurred in 3 cases，control group，complications occurred in 10 cases of observed group complications incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group（P lt; 0.05）.
