精品论文 参考文献 探讨在LIS上实现每日记录多批次室内质控结果的应用 李丽华 雷达 张知洪 孙亮 李明友 陈丹霞（广东省第二人民医院检验科 广东广州 510317） 【摘要】目的 探讨在LIS建立每日多批次质控图表、值的记录的方法。方法 用检验分析仪器通过文件TCP/IP，RS-232等通讯接口把每日多个批次的室内质控测定结果传入到LIS工作站，通过对多批次质控数据的提取最后实现画图及进行数据分析。结果 通过登录质控管理菜单进入管理模块能画出检测项目质控图、进行数据是否在控和失控分析，能进行电子文档录入失控原因和今后所采取的措施。结论 在LIS上建立每日多批次质控图表，给实验室提供了方便、快捷、准确、真实的质控数据。 【关键词】质量控制 实验室信息管理系统 医院信息管理系统 【中图分类号】R197.324 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2012）18-0291-02 The application of daily record and indoor multi-batch quality control result on LIS Lilihua Liyongxin Mojiankun Leida Zhangzhihong Limingyou Laboratory medicine of the Guangdong NO.2 provincial peoplersquo;s hospital, Guangzhou, Guangdong, 510317, China; 【Abstract】 [Objective] To Discuss the method of making diagram and value using daily record and multi-batch indoor quality control data on LIS. [Methods] The daily records and multi-batch indoor quality control results were send to LIS workshop by communication interface document, such as TCP/IP and RS-232, with the analysis instrument. Through data extraction from multi-batch quality control results, the diagrams were made and the data analysis was performed. [Results] By entering the management module after logging on quality control menu, the pictures of detecting project were drew, the date whether out of control or not was analysised, The reason of out-of-control and the facultative measure was recorded by the electronic document.
