精品论文 参考文献 探讨妊娠合并心脏病患者妊娠结局影响因素 五常市小山子镇卫生院 150211 摘要：目的 研究分析影响妊娠合并心脏病患者妊娠结局的影响因素。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2012年1月—2015年1月于该院进行孕期保健和产时分娩的96例妊娠合并心脏病患者。将96例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并将其不良妊娠结局发生率按照心功能分级和心脏病类型分组进行统计分析及比较，包括围产儿不良妊娠结局（低出生体重、新生儿窒息、死产）。结果 96例妊娠合并心脏病患者15例发生围产儿不良妊娠结局，其中包括新生儿窒息5例、低出生体重6例和死产4例。心功能分级、孕次、心脏病类型和高血压与妊娠合并心脏病患者围产儿不良妊娠结局有关（Plt;0.05）。心功能分级、孕次、心脏病类型和高血压是妊娠合并心脏病患者围产儿不良妊娠结局的独立危险因素（Plt;0.05）。结论 妊娠合并心脏病患者的妊娠结局相对较差，心功能分级、孕次、心脏病类型和高血压的影响相对较大。 关键词：妊娠；心脏病；妊娠结局；影响因素 [Abstract] Objective To study the influencing factors of pregnancy outcome in pregnancy complicated with heart disease. Methods this study was conducted in 96 cases of pregnant women with heart disease who were selected from January 2015 to January 2012 in the hospital during the period of pregnancy care and delivery. Will the clinical data of 96 patients were retrospectively analyzed and the adverse pregnancy outcome incidence according to heart function classification and types of heart disease group were statistically analyzed and compared，including suffocation，stillborn births adverse pregnancy outcome（low birth weight，neonatal perinatal）. Results 96 cases of pregnancy complicated with heart disease 15 cases of perinatal adverse pregnancy outcomes，including neonatal asphyxia in 5 cases，low birth weight in 6 cases and stillbirths in 4 cases. Cardiac function classification，pregnancy，heart disease type and hypertension were associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with heart disease（Plt;0.05）. Cardiac function classification，pregnancy，heart disease type and hypertension were independent risk factors of adverse pregnancy outcome in pregnancy complicated with heart disease（Plt;0.05）. Conclusion pregnancy outcome of pregnancy complicated with heart disease is relatively poor，and the effect of cardiac function classification，pregnancy，heart disease and hypertension is relatively large.
