精品论文 参考文献 探讨孕期保健护理对孕妇妊娠结局的影响 黑龙江省嫩江县伊拉哈镇中心卫生院 161437 　　摘要：目的：探讨孕期保健护理对孕产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法：选取200例孕产妇作为研究对象，将其分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组实施常规保健措施，观察组实施孕期保健护理相关措施，对比分析护理后两组孕产妇的妊娠期高血压、妊娠期糖尿病、产后出血率、分娩方式等相关情况。结果：观察组孕妇在相关护理后，妊娠期高血压（3.00%）、糖尿病发生率（2.00%）、产后出血率（3.00%）显著低于对照组（10.00%、9.00%、11.00%），自然分娩率（69.00%）也明显也高于对照组（33.00%），差异均具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：对孕产妇实施规范的孕期保健护理，可以减少妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠期糖尿病、减少产后出血率，增加自然分娩率，降低不良妊娠结局发生，值得临床推广和应用。 　　关键词：孕期保健护理；孕妇；妊娠结局 　　[Abstract] Objective：To explore the effect of health care during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women. Methods：200 pregnant women were selected as the research object，divided into observation group and control group，100 cases in each group. The control group received routine care measures，the observation group to implement the relevant measures of prenatal care nursing，comparative analysis of two groups of maternal care during pregnancy after hypertension，gestational diabetes，the rate of postpartum hemorrhage，the mode of delivery and other relevant circumstances. Results：the observation group of pregnant women in nursing，gestational hypertension (3%)，the incidence rate of diabetes (2%)，the rate of postpartum hemorrhage (3%) was significantly lower than the control group (10%，9%，11%)，the natural childbirth rate (69%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (33%)，the differences were statistically significant (Plt;0.05). Conclusion：the implementation of standardized nursing health care during pregnancy on maternal，can reduce hypertensive disorders in pregnancy，gestational diabetes，reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage，increase the rate of natural childbirth，reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes，it is worthy of promotion and application. 　　[Key words] pregnancy health care；pregnant women；pregnancy outcome 　　随着社会的发展和生活水平的不断提高，人们越来越重视孕期妇女的健康。孕期保健护理包括健康教育、卫生指导以及正确认识妊娠和分娩的相关常识，消除不必要的紧张与焦虑，优化孕产妇的妊娠结局[1]。在围产期实施孕妇保健护理可有效地保证母亲健康以及胎儿的发育[2]。笔者对200例孕妇给予不同的孕期保健护理措施，对比其临床应用效果，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 选取我院2014年3月至2015
