精品论文 参考文献 探讨宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术治疗妇科疾病的临床价值 商彩霞（东营市第二人民医院妇科 257335） 【摘要】目的 探讨宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术治疗妇科疾病的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析2010年10月～2012年10月在我院应用宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合诊治75例妇科疾病患者临床资料。结果 75例患者共施行97项手术，手术时间为30～120min，所有患者6h后拔除导尿管，均在24 h内恢复肛门排气，无子宫穿孔、邻近脏器损伤及术后感染等并发症发生；出院后门诊随访3～12个月，28例不孕症患者术后妊娠11例，妊娠率39.3%，宫外孕1例；纵膈子宫7例获随访，足月妊娠3例、自然流产1例。结论 宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术可同时诊断治疗宫腔与盆腔内的疾病，具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点，在腹腔镜监护下行宫腔镜操作，可大大提高疾病诊断的准确性及治疗的有效性、手术的安全性，值得临床广泛应用。 【关键词】宫腔镜 腹腔镜 联合手术 妇科疾病 【中图分类号】R713 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）24-0094-02 【Abstract】Objective Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with the clinical value of surgical treatment of gynecological diseases.
