精品论文 参考文献 探讨宫腔镜手术治疗宫腔粘连的临床效果 五常市人民医院 150200 摘要：目的：探讨并分析宫腔镜手术治疗宫腔粘连（IUA）的临床效果观察。方法：此次研究的对象是选择2013年4月至2015年2月采用宫腔镜手术治疗的宫腔粘连患者58例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：治疗后治愈28例患者，治疗有效18例，治疗有效率79.31%（46/58）；治疗后月经恢复正常为29例，月经有明显改善为16例；治疗后宫腔形成正常为28例，宫腔基本形成为18例；且治疗后轻度患者的月经恢复、宫腔形成、并发症情况以及治愈率均优于中度、重度患者，差异显著（Plt;0.05）；治疗后出现5例并发症，对症治疗后均痊愈出院。结论：宫腔镜手术在宫腔粘连患者治疗中有很好的疗效，能促进患者月经恢复和宫腔的形成，且在轻度粘连患者中治疗效果尤为明显，值得临床研究推广。 关键词：宫腔镜；宫腔粘??；治疗效果 [Abstract] Objective：To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion（IUA）.Methods：the study was conducted from April 2013 to February 2015，58 cases of intrauterine adhesions were treated by hysteroscopy，and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：healing in 28 patients after treatment，effective in 18 cases，and the effective rate was 79.31% when；treatment after menstruation returned to normal in 29 cases，menstruation was significantly improved in 16 cases；treatment of intrauterine form normal 28 cases，uterine cavity basically formed in 18 cases；and after treatment in patients with mild recovery of menstruation，uterine cavity formed，complications and cure rate were better than the moderate and severe patients，the difference was significant（P lt; 0.05）；five cases of complications after treatment，symptomatic treatment were cured and discharged.Conclusion：Hysteroscopy surgery in the treatment of patients with intrauterine adhesions has good curative effect，can promote menstrual recovery and uterine cavity formation，and in patients with mild adhesion treatment effect is particularly evident，it is worth spreading in clinical.
