精品论文 参考文献 探讨小儿肺炎的临床护理效果 绥化市人民医院 152000 【摘 要】目的：研究分析小儿肺炎的临床护理体会。方法：此次研究的对象是选取我科收治额小儿肺炎患儿41例进行分析讨论，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机将其分为两组，一组患儿实施常规护理措施，另一组患儿实施有效的护理干预措施，比较两组患儿的住院时间以及患者满意度。结果：观察组患儿经过有效的治疗和护理干预后的患儿住院时间以及患者满意度明显优于对照组，经比较具有显著差异（Plt;0.05）。结论：对于小儿肺炎的临床特点，实施有效的整体性的护理干预措施能够明显的提高患儿的临床治疗效果，减少并发症发生，提高患者满意度。 【关键词】小儿肺炎；护理干预；患者满意度 Abstract： Objective： To study the clinical nursing experience of children pneumonia.Methods： the research object is selected in our department，41 cases of pediatric pneumonia were analyzed and discussed，the retrospective analysis of the clinical data were analyzed，and were randomly divided into two groups，one group were given routine nursing measures，the other group with the implementation of nursing effective interventions were compared between the two groups the length of time and patient satisfaction.Results： the observation group after effective treatment and nursing intervention in patients with hospitalization time and patient satisfaction was significantly better than the control group，the comparison has significant difference（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion： the clinical characteristics of children with pneumonia，the implementation of effective holistic nursing interventions can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect，reduce the incidence of complications，improve patient satisfaction. Key words： children pneumonia; nursing intervention; patient satisfaction 小儿肺炎是由不同致病原或者其他因素所引起的肺部炎症，临床上以发热、咳嗽、气促、呼吸困难为主要临床症状。肺炎是小儿时期常见的疾病，重症肺炎的死亡率极高，以被卫生部列为小儿重点防治四病之一（肺炎、腹泻、贫血、佝偻病）。重症肺炎除呼吸系统症状和全身症状加重以外，还会出现循环、神经和消化系统受累的表现，病情危重，如不及时处理和救治会威胁到患儿的生命。 笔者现将小儿肺炎41例的护理体会汇报如下： 1临床资料 1.1一般资料：选取我科收治的41例小儿肺炎的患儿进行分析讨论，男23例，女18例，年龄34天-6岁，病程4天-20天，其中合并心力衰竭的患儿5例，脑水肿的1例，腹泻的1例随机将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组患儿20例实施常规护理措施，观察组患儿21例实施有效的护理干预措施，两组患儿的一般情况进行比较无显著差异（Pgt;0.05）具有临床可比性。 1.2临床表现：大多数患儿先有上呼吸道感染症状，咳嗽、气促为主要症状，起初为干咳，随之可有痰。患儿全身症状较明显可出现鼻翼扇动、三凹征、点头呼吸、口唇甲床紫绀的临床体征。出现重症合并心力衰竭。合并心功能不全、心衰的临床表现[2]：（1）心率突然增快，幼儿gt;180次/min，婴儿gt;160次/min，此症状不能用体
