精品论文 参考文献 探讨幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的中医临床治疗观察 五常市第二人民医院 150223 【摘 要】目的 研究分析对中医治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床效果观察。方法 此次研究的对象是选取我院收治的100例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随即分为观察组和对照组，两组患者在年龄、性别、原发病、症状、病程等方面无明显差异，具有统计学意义，其中观察组进行中药汤剂治疗，对照组给予洛赛克、吗丁啉口服治疗，共四周疗程，观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 经过四周治疗后，观察组治愈患者31例（62%），显效患者10例（20%），有效患者7例（14%），无效患者2例（4%），总有效率96%；对照组治愈患者26例（52%），显效患者7例（14%），有效患者7例（14%），无效患者10例（20%），总有效率80%。两组患者治疗总有效率及治愈率比较呈现明显的差异，lt;0.05。结论 得出采用中医药治疗的观察组总有效率明显高于服用西药治疗的对照组，说明中医治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的方法疗效好，且无不良副作用，值得大力推广。 【关键词】幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎；中医治疗；疗效观察 [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis.Methods the study object is selected in our hospital were 100 cases of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis patients，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and randomly divided into observation group and control group，two groups of patients in terms of age，gender，primary disease，symptoms，course of disease had no significant difference，with statistical significance，the observation group was given the decoction of Chinese medicine treatment，the control group received Losec，domperidone treatment，a total of four week course observed the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results after four weeks of treatment，the observation group patients were cured 31 cases（62%），were markedly effective in 10 cases（20%），effective in patients with 7 cases（14%）were ineffective in 2 cases（4%），the efficiency of 96%；in the control group，the cure in 26 patients（52%），markedly effective in patients with 7 cases（14%），effective in patients with 7 cases（14%），invalid 10 patients（20%）.The total effective rate was 80%.The total effective rate and cure rate of the two groups were significantly different，lt;0.05.Conclusion with Chinese medicine treatment in the observation group，the total efficiency is obviously higher than that of taking western medicine in the treatment of the control group，indicating that the traditional Chinese medicine
