精品论文 参考文献 探讨成人口腔正畸治疗牙周病的临床观察 佳木斯刘天华口腔门诊 154002 摘要：目的：研究并探讨成人口腔正畸手段对牙周病的临床效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选择2013年3月～2013年12月中收治的120例牙周病成年患者。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为两组，一组只采取常规治疗（60例），一组结合正畸治疗（60例），并在治疗结束后对患者的牙龈出血指数、牙齿松动度、牙周带深度、前牙覆盖、牙槽骨高度等方面的改善程度进行观察。结果：在进行过口腔正畸治疗牙周病后，60例成人患者各方面情况对照基本治疗组均有明显好转，患者在治疗前后的病情存在明显差异，治疗有效率显著，存在统计学差异（Plt;0.05）。结论：成人牙周病患者在常规治疗的基础上再结合口腔正畸治疗，可有效改善牙龈的出血状况，使牙齿松动度降低，稳定性增强且排列整齐，牙周袋深度浅化或消除，牙槽骨吸收减少或停止，促进患者的牙周健康，增强了他们的自信，提高了生活品质。 　　关键词：正畸治疗；牙周病；成人 　　[Abstract] Objective：To study and discuss the clinical effect of adult orthodontic treatment on periodontal disease. Methods：the study was to select 120 adult patients with periodontal disease admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to 2013，. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and were randomly assigned to two groups，a group only take routine treatment（60 cases），a group of combined with orthodontic treatment（n = 60），and at the end of treatment in patients with gingival bleeding index，loosening of the teeth，periodontal depth zone，covering front teeth，alveolar bone height，the degree of improvement were observed. Results：after orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease，60 cases of adult patients with the control treatment group were obviously improved，patients in before and after the treatment of the disease exist obvious difference，effective rate of treatment significantly，there are statistical differences（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：adult patients with periodontal disease on the basis of conventional treatment combined with orthodontic treatment can effectively improve gingival bleeding situation，make the tooth becomes loose degree is reduced，stability is enhanced and neatly arranged，periodontal pocket depth shoaling or eliminate，alveolar bone resorption to reduce or stop，hurried into the patients periodontal health，enhance the their self-confidence，improve the quality of life.
