精品论文 参考文献 探讨支气管肺泡灌洗大剂量氨溴索治疗急性肺脓肿的临床效果观察 黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市甘南县查哈阳乡卫生院 162118 摘要：目的 研究分析支气管肺泡灌洗大剂量氨溴索治疗急性肺脓肿的临床疗效观察。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2011年1月～2014年1月收治的急性肺脓肿患者120例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并按随机数字表法分为大剂量氨溴索灌洗60例（治疗组）和生理盐水灌洗60例（对照组），两组均每周灌洗2次，疗程2～4周，于治疗后4周复查胸部CT。结果 治疗组治愈率为95%，明显高于对照组治愈率40%，治疗组灌洗次数[（4.3plusmn;1.3）次]较对照组灌洗次数[（5.4plusmn;1.4）次]明显减少，治疗组抗菌药疗程[（16.2plusmn;2.7）d]较对照组抗菌药疗程[（24.8plusmn;3.1）d]明显缩短，治疗组住院时间[（17.8plusmn;4.3）d]较对照组住院时间[（25.3plusmn;3.5）d]明显缩短，差异有高度统计学意义（P lt; 0.01）。结论 支气管肺泡灌洗大剂量氨溴索治疗急性肺脓肿是一种很好的治疗手段。 关键词：支气管肺泡灌洗；氨溴索；急性肺脓肿；治疗 [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical efficacy of bronchoalveolar lavage in large doses of ambroxol in the treatment of acute pulmonary abscess.Methods the study object is to select 120 cases of patients with acute pulmonary abscess in January 2011 to 2014 January，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and according to the random number table method is divided into large dose of ambroxol lavage 60 cases（treatment group）and normal saline lavage 60 cases（control group），two groups are weekly BAL 2 times，course of treatment in 2 ~ 4 weeks，after treatment for 4 weeks chest computed tomography（CT）.Results the cure rate of the treatment group was 95%，significantly higher than the control group，the cure rate was 40%，treatment group lavage number [（+ 4.3 1.3）] compared with control group lavage number [（+ 5.4 1.4）] was significantly reduced，the treatment group of antimicrobial drug treatment [（16.2 + 2.7）are compared with the control group of antibacterial drug treatment [（24.8 + 3.1）are significantly shorter，the treatment group hospitalization time（+ 17.8 4.3）are compared with the control group，the hospitalization time（25.3 + 3.5）D] is shortened obviously，the difference is highly statistically significant（P lt; 0.01）.Conclusion bronchoalveolar lavage of large dose of ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of acute lung abscess is a good treatment method.
