精品论文 参考文献 探讨盆腔炎治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎的临床效果观察许翠芳 黑龙江省汤原县鹤立林业局医院 154721 【摘 要】目的：研究分析盆腔炎治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察。方法：此次研究的对象是选择2012年1月-2015年1月收治的218例慢性盆腔炎患者。将其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析，并采用随机分组方式分为治疗组和对照组，每组各109例。其中对比组采用常规药物治疗，治疗组在此基础上使用盆腔炎治疗仪。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：对照组治疗总有效率87.16%。治疗组治疗总有效率98.17%。治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。对照组复发38例，复发率34.86%；治疗组复发7例，复发率6.42%。治疗组复发情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：盆腔炎治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎具有显著的治疗效果，是一种方便、高效、稳定的治疗方法，联合常规药物治疗可显著提升治疗疗效，且对绝大部分患者有效，应作为慢性盆腔炎的常规治疗手段。 【关键词】慢性盆腔炎；盆腔炎治疗仪；疗效分析； [Abstract] Objective：To study the clinical effect of pelvic inflammatory disease therapy instrument on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods：the object of this study was to select 218 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January，.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，109 cases in each group.The comparison group was treated with conventional drug therapy，the treatment group on the basis of the use of pelvic inflammatory disease treatment.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results：the total effective rate was 87.16% in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.17%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.Control group of 38 cases of recurrence，the recurrence rate of 34.86%；the treatment group of 7 cases of recurrence，the recurrence rate of 6.42%.The recurrence of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：therapeutic instrument for treating pelvic inflammation of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with significant therapeutic effect.It is a convenient，efficient and stable treatment，combined with conventional drug treatment can be significantly improved treatment efficacy and for the vast majority of patients，should be used as a routine treatment of chronic pel
