精品论文 参考文献 探讨胃溃疡治疗中不同西药治疗的临床观察 五常市人民医院 150200 摘要：目的：研究分析胃溃疡治疗中应用三联抗幽门螺杆菌疗法与四联抗幽门螺杆菌这两种不同西药的治疗效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选取2014年6月～2015年4月我院收治的38例胃溃疡患者，并将临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机平均分成对照组与实验组，对照组19位患者使用雷贝拉唑+克拉霉素+左氧氟沙星三联进行治疗；实验组的19位患者使用雷贝拉唑+克拉霉素十左氧氟沙星+胶体果胶铋四联抗幽门螺杆菌进行治疗，然后对两组患者接受治疗后的效果与治愈后复发情况进行对比研究。结果：对照组及实验组的治疗总有效率分别为94.7%与78.9%，前者明显高于后者，且Plt;0.05，差异具有统计学含义；在疾病复发率统计中，实验组及对照分别有1人、3人出现复发，复发率分别为5.3%与15.8%，数据对比具有差异统计学含义，Plt;0.05。结论：四联抗幽门螺杆菌治疗方案治疗胃溃疡效果显著，明显优于三联抗幽门螺杆菌治疗方案，其治疗方法具有治愈快、预后复发状况少、复发难等优点，值得临床推广使用。 关键词：胃溃疡；雷贝拉唑；左氧氟沙星 Abstract：Objective：To study the treatment of gastric ulcer in the application of triple anti HP screw to antimicrobial therapy and quadruple anti Helicobacter pylori both western medicine treatment. Methods：the object of the study is selected June 2014 to 2015 years 4 months in our hospital from 38 cases of gastric ulcer patients and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group and control group，19 patients using rabeprazole + clarithromycin + left oxygen fluorine Sha Xing triple therapy；experimental group 19 patients using rabeprazole combined with clarithromycin ten left ofloxacin and colloidal bismuth pectin quadruple anti Helicobacter pylori treatment，and patients in the two groups after treatment effect and relapse of comparative study. Conclusion：quadruple anti pylorus screw bacterium treatment regimen in the treatment of gastric ulcer effect significantly，significantly better than triple Helicobacter pylori treatment，the treatment method has a fast cure and recurren
