精品论文 参考文献 探讨锁定钛板联合植骨手术治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床效果 望奎县人民医院 152100 摘要：目的 探讨并研究股骨远端粉碎性骨折采取锁定钛板联合植骨手术治疗的临床效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选择在2013年2月—2014年2月入住我院接受治疗的96例股骨远端粉碎性骨折患者，在患者知情同意的条件下，按随机数字表法分为两组。观察组48例采取锁定钛板联合植骨手术治疗，对照组48例采取A0解剖钢板联合植骨手术治疗；对比治疗效果及复发情况。结果 观察组治疗优良率（81.25%）明显高于对照组（35.42%），两组数据差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。观察组复发率（4.17%）明显低于对照组（18.75%），两组数据差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 股骨远端粉碎性骨折患者采取锁定钛板联合植骨手术治疗效果显著；安全性高，能降低复发率；因此，值得采纳应用。 关键词：锁定钛板；植骨手术；股骨远端粉碎性骨折 [Abstract] Objective To investigate and study the clinical effect of locking titanium plate combined with bone graft in the treatment of distal femur comminuted fracture. Methods the research object is selected in February 2013 - February 2014 admitted to our hospital to accept treatment of 96 cases of distal femoral comminuted fracture were，under the condition of patient s informed consent，according to the random number table method were divided into two groups. In the observation group，48 cases were treated with locking titanium plate combined with bone grafting，48 cases in the control group were treated with A0 anatomical plate combined with bone graft，and the treatment effect and recurrence were compared. Results the excellent rate of the observation group（81.25%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（35.42%），the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）. The recurrence rate（4.17%）in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（18.75%），and there was significant difference between the two groups（Plt;0.05）. Conclusion the therapeutic effect of locking titanium plate combined with bone grafting in the treatment of comminuted fracture of distal femur is significant. It is safe and can reduce the recurrence rate.
