精品论文 参考文献 探讨阴道炎五联检试剂对阴道炎的诊断价值 齐齐哈尔市甘南县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心 162100 【摘 要】目的：研究并探讨阴道炎五联检试剂对于阴道炎的临床诊断意义。方法：此次研究的对象是选择2013年6月—2013年12月期间我所接诊的248例阴道炎患者。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并将其阴道分泌物分别进行了五联检和常规镜检，然后以培养法得到的结果作为金标准，来探讨阴道炎五联检试剂对于阴道炎的诊断价值。结果：同常规镜检相比，阴道炎五联检试剂对于阴道毛滴虫、厌氧菌、念珠菌以及白细胞的检出率差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05），在对乳酸杆菌的检出率方面，常规镜检为68.95%（171例），五联检为77.82%（193例），五联检对于乳酸杆菌的检出率明显高于常规镜检，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。讨论：五联检试剂对于阴道炎的诊断效果要优于常规镜检的效果，不仅能够反映患者阴道的病原体感染状况，而且操作便捷高效，值得在临床上应用和推广。 【关键词】阴道炎；五联检试剂；阴道炎；诊断价值 Abstract：Objective：To study and explore the vaginitis five combined reagent for clinical diagnosis significance of vaginitis. Methods：the research object is selected from June 2013 to December 2013 during which I admissions of 248 cases of vaginitis patients. Will the clinical data were retrospective analysis and the vaginal secretions were five inspection and routine microscopic examination，then to training method to get the results as the gold standard，to explore the vaginitis five inspection reagent for the diagnostic value of vaginitis. Results：compared with conventional microscopy，vaginitis five inspection reagent for vaginal wool trichomonad，anaerobic bacteria，Candida，and white blood cells of the difference in detection rate was not statistically significant（P gt; 0.05），in the lactic acid bacteria detection rate，routine microscopic examination is 68.95%（171 cases），five inspection for 77.82%（193），five inspection for lactic acid bacteria detection rate was significantly higher than that of conventional microscopy，the difference is statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）. Discussion：five inspection reagent for the diagnosis effect of vaginitis to effect is superior to the conventional microscopic examination，can not only reflect the infection status of patients with vaginal pathogens，and the operation convenient and efficient，is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
