精品论文 参考文献 探讨高龄产妇分娩护理中助产护理干预及临床效果观察 佳木斯妇幼保健院 154002 摘要：目的：研究分析高龄产妇分娩护理中助产护理干预措施。方法：此次研究的对象是选取我院2012年2月至2013年3月入院分娩的80例高龄产妇，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分成研究组和对照组，各40例。对照组采取常规护理模式，研究组在对照组基础上实施助产护理干预，对两组的临床效果进行分析比较。结果：研究组患者第一产程及第二产程时间均显著短于对照组，研究组自然分娩率明显高于对照组，而剖宫产、阴道助产率、产程时间、新生儿窒息、产后出血率均显著低于对照组，两组各项指标数据差异比较均有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：在高龄产妇分娩护理中采取助产护理能够明显降低剖宫产率，提高自然分娩率，缩短产程，同时可减少产后出血，有利于新生儿健康，值得临床推广。 关键词：高龄产妇 分娩护理 助产护理 效果 Abstract：Objective：to analyze the obstetric nursing intervention delivery for elderly parturient women in nursing research.Methods：the object of this study is to select our hospital from February 2012 to March 2013 80 cases of elderly mothers were admitted to hospital，the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and randomly divided into study group and control group，each of 40 cases.In the control group were treated with routine nursing mode，the research group in the control group on the basis of the implementation of midwifery nursing intervention and the clinical effect of the two groups for comparative analysis.Results：patients in the study group of the first labor and the second stage of labor time was significantly shorter than that of the control group，research group and natural birth rate was significantly higher than that of the control group，and cesarean section，the rate of vaginal delivery，labor time，neonatal asphyxia，postpartum hemorrhage rate were significantly lower than control group，the two groups refers to the standard difference data comparisons were statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：in elderly parturient nursing take nursing and midwifery can significantly reduced the rate of cesarean section，increase the rate of natural delivery，shorten the production process，and at the same time it can reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage，is advantageous to the health of neonate，is worth the clinical promotion.
