精品论文 参考文献 改良袖带用于唇裂术后患儿肘部制动的效果分析 刘晓霞 刘洁 黄琦 　　（南昌大学附属口腔医院口腔颌面外科 江西 南昌 330006） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨改良袖带在唇裂术后患儿肘部制动方面的应用效果。方法：设计一种应用简单，制动效果佳的肘部制动用具，对我科2012年6月～2013年12月间的130例唇裂术后患儿进行肘部制动，观察其应用效果，并对患儿家属满意度进行测评。结果：改良袖带制作程序简便，材料普通，成本低，使用方便。使用改良袖带的1年半时间里，130例患儿未发生1例因抓挠伤口造成的伤口感染。患儿家属满意率达98.5%。结论：改良袖带的应用可有效固定唇裂术后患儿的肘关节，避免了患儿伤口抓伤，有利于伤口愈合。其可拆洗，可有效避免因反复使用导致的交叉感染的发生，减少住院天数，减轻患儿家属的心理负担。且该约束带可根据患儿手臂粗细进行调节，患儿舒适度得到显著提升。 　　【关键词】 约束用具；唇裂；术后；肘部制动 　　【中图分类号】R782.2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）05-0100-02 　　The modified cuff for analysis with elbow braking effect of cleft lip Liu Xiaoxia Liu Jie Huang Qi 　　Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University,Nanchang, jiangxi330006,China 　　【Abstract】Objective Investigate modified cuff in children with cleft lip postoperative elbow brake application effect.Methods We selected 130 cases of children with cleft lip syndrome from June 2012 to December 2013 in our department to implement the elbow brake, observe Its application effect ,and evaluation the families of children with satisfaction. Using modified cuff 1 and a half years of time, has not occurred in 1 130 cases caused by scratching the wound wound infection. Families of children with satisfaction rate of 98.5%.
