Based on the definition of rubber tyre wear strength made by the oversea researchers in their results, and the motion characteristics of running wheel, steering wheel, stabilizing wheel of the straddle type monorail vehicle to respectively determine the tyre wear strength values, it develops a formula to calculate the dust amount from straddle type monorail vehicle rubber tyre wear. Taking Chongqing rail transit line 2 as an example, this paper estimates the wear dust amount in the tyre life span of vehicles with different length of train configuration, which provides reference for the study of rubber tyre wear of straddle type monorail vehicles. Keyword： straddle type monorail; rubber tyre; wear; dust amount; estimate; Received： 2017-09-28 0 引言 跨座式单轨是指通过单根轨道梁来支承、稳定和导向, 车体骑跨在轨道梁上运行的城市轨道交通系统。跨座式单轨作为中等运量的交通工具, 具有占地少、建设工期短、转弯半径小、爬坡能力强等特点, 既可作为中等规模城市客运交通的主要干线, 也可作为大城市市中心与郊区的连接线, 还可以作为城市风景观光游览线。 跨座式单轨交通主要包括轨道梁、道岔和车辆三大关键技术。目前, 投入商业运营较成熟的有日本的日立和加拿大的庞巴迪技术, 而我国也通过引进、消化、吸收和再创新, 逐步发展了我国的跨座式单轨交通技术。 纵观世界各国, 不论何种跨座式单轨技术, 其车辆均采用橡胶轮胎。与传统的钢轮钢轨制式相比, 橡胶轮胎具有良好的弹性与抓地力, 能够提高车辆的爬坡性能并降低运行时的噪声。但是, 由于频繁的启动制动以及橡胶轮胎和轨道梁的相互摩擦作用, 容易导致轮胎磨损严重, 产生橡胶粉尘, 对运营线路周围会产生一定的环境污染。 1 跨座式单轨车辆橡胶轮胎分类 根据橡胶轮胎在列车运行时的作用, 跨座式单轨车辆橡胶轮胎分为走行轮、导向轮和稳定轮。 走行轮承担走行任务, 主要用于承受竖向荷载,
