神经外科护理缺陷归因分析与安全管理 李双仙 邓惠琼 玉溪市人民医院神经外一科 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的:探讨神经外科护理缺陷原因与安全管理。方法:选择神经外科护理缺陷相关资料16例进行分析。结果:发生护理缺陷的主要原因是护理人员未认真执行查对制度、未按操作规程操作、未认真执行交接制度、未识别患者早期病情变化、未认真执行基础护理导致患者皮肤出现压伤, 为患者进行健康指导不完善;大夜班时间发生的护理缺陷事件最多, 发生护理缺陷的护理人员年资≤1年的数量最多, 5年的最少。结论:对神经外科的护理缺陷归因进行分析, 并提出相应的措施以加强安全管理, 能够有效降低护理人员工作时出现护理缺陷的可能性, 有利于提高护理的质量, 有利于促进神经外科患者的恢复。 关键词： 神经外科; 护理缺陷; 原因分析; 安全管理; Attribution analysis and safety management of nursing defects in department of neurosurgery Li Shuangxian Deng Huiqiong The First Department of Neurosurgery, the Peoples Hospital of Yuxi City; Abstract： Objective:To explore the reasons and safety management of nursing defects in department of neurosurgery.Methods:16 cases of nursing defect related data in department of neurosurgery were selected and analyzed.Results:The main reason for the occurrence of nursing defects included that nursing staff did not seriously implement the check system, failed to operate according to operating procedures, failed to implement handover system seriously, failed to identify the early changes in the patients condition, failed to implement the basic care leads to skin pressure injury in patients, and the health guidance for patients was not perfect.Most of the nursing defects occurred during the night shift;the number of nursing staff with nursing defects and working age less than 1 year was the most, more than 5 years was the least.Conclusion:We analyzed the nursing defects in department of neurosurgery, and put forward corresponding measures to strengthen safety management.These measures can effectively reduce the possibility of nursing defects in the work of nurses, improve the quality of care and promote the recovery of patients in the department of neurosurgery.
