精品论文 参考文献 数字化健康教育在门诊离诊病人中的应用 毛丽娜 易华 蒋明华 刘燕 陈明 梁凤婵（桂林医学院附属医院抽血室 541001） 【摘要】目的 研究门诊数字化离诊健康教育与传统健康教育的效果比较。方法 选择18-50岁有条件接触网络的病人1000例，随机分为两组（A组和B组），每组500例，A组为传统健康教育，B组为传统健康教育加数字化离诊健康教育。采用问卷调查，根据提高病人依从性、心里治疗、消除致病因素、密切医患关系、降低医疗成本等五个方面进行评价。结果 A、B两组病人问卷调查显示，P均lt;0.05，有显著性差异。结论 通过网络开展门诊病人的离诊健康教育，使病人在院外能最大限度地获得健康医学知识，影响和改变病人的健康行为，促进护患关系，增加了患者对医院的信任，提高了医院服务质量、提升了医院的整体形象。 【关键词】 门诊 数字化 离诊 健康教育 【中图分类号】R197.3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）29-0079-02 Application ofdigital health education from the application of patient in clinic Guilin Medical College Hospital for blood chamber (541001) Mao lina Yi hua Chen ming Liu yan Qian yulan Tangling juan 【Abstract】 Objective To study the outpatient clinic digitized from traditional health education health education and comparison of the effects.
