精品论文 参考文献 旋转式三维数字减影血管造影在脑动脉瘤临床诊断和治疗中的实践探索 张天伟 　　（遵化市人民医院 河北 遵化 064200） 　　【摘 要】目的：对旋转式三维数字减影血管造影在脑动脉临床诊断和治疗中的临床实践给予探讨。方法：随机选取我院2011年12月至2014年12月收治的脑动脉患者122例，随机分为对照组与观察组，各为61例，对照组实施二维数字减影血管造影，观察组患者实施旋转式三维数字减影血管造影，对比分析两组检出率和图像显示情况。结果：观察组患者血管造影检出率为100%明显高于对照组的86.9%，观察组图像显示的良好率为78.7%，明显高于对照组的63.9%，差异显著，具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：在脑动脉瘤的临床诊断和治疗中，旋转式三维数字减影血管造影的应用，效果显著优于二维数字减影血管造影，具有较高的检出率和图像显示率。 　　【关键词】脑动脉瘤；二维数字减影血管造影；旋转式三维数字减影血管造影 　　【中图分类号】R739.41 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）6-0599-02 　　【Abstract】Objective: to rotary three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography in clinical practice in clinical diagnosis and treatment of cerebral artery in the study. Methods: 122 patients with cerebral artery were randomly selected in our hospital from 2011 December to 2014 December were patients, randomly divided into control group and observation group, each 61 cases, the control group to implement the two-dimensional digital subtraction angiography, the patients in the observation group implementation of rotating three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography, comparative analysis of two groups of detection rate and image display. Results: the observation group of patients with angiography in the detection rate was 100% significantly higher than the control group 86.9%, observation group good rate image display is 78.7%, significantly higher than that of the control group was 63.9%, significant difference, with statistical significance (Plt;0.05).
