精品论文 参考文献 早期先兆流产治疗中保胎治疗的效果研究 湖南省绥宁县人民医院 湖南邵阳 422600 【摘 要】目的：研究早期先兆流产治疗中保胎治疗的效果。方法：选取我院2014年2月到2015年2月期间收治的早期先兆流产孕妇60例为试验组，另选取同时期与我院进行产前检查并在我院生产的正常孕妇60例为对照组，比较两组孕妇并发症发生情况，并对两组分娩后新生儿的情况进行比较。结果：经过治疗后，试验组孕妇和新生儿不良反应发生率与对照组相比无显著差异（P＞0.05）。试验组孕妇和新生儿并发症发生率与对照组无明显差异，（P＞0.05），并且试验组保胎成功率与对照组相比不具有显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论：早期先兆流产治疗中保胎治疗效果显著，能有效减少孕妇和新生儿并发症及不良反应发生情况，提升保胎成功率，值得在临床上广泛推广。 【关键词】早期先兆流产；保胎治疗；效果 【 abstract 】 objective：to study the early threatened abortion spuc therapy in the treatment effect.Selection methods：our hospital from February 2014 to February 2014 during the early threatened abortion of pregnant women 60 patients treated as experimental group，another selection at the same time with our antenatal examination and manufactured in our normal pregnant women 60 cases as control group，compared two groups of pregnant complications，and the two groups after birth the newborns condition.Results：after treatment，the treatment group the pregnant woman and newborn incidence of adverse reactions compared with the control group had no significant difference（P gt; 0.05）.Examination in pregnant women and newborn complication rate has no obvious difference with control group，（P gt; 0.05），spuc success rate compared with the control group and test group have no significant difference（P gt; 0.05）.Conclusion：early treatment of the threatening miscarriage spuc treatment effect significantly，can effectively reduce the pregnant woman and newborn complications and adverse reactions occur，enhance spuc success rate，is worth popularizing in clinic widely. 【 key words 】 the early threatened abortion spuc therapeutic effect 早期先兆流产是指产妇在妊娠12周之前出现流产征兆，早期先兆流产孕妇一般会有引导出血的症状，但是出血量相对较少，血液一般为暗红色[1]。一些产妇会出现血性白带，持续时间一般在4～5d，一些孕妇持续时间会超过1周。在孕妇出现早期先兆流产症状的时候，会感觉到明显的腰背痛和轻度下腹痛。早期先兆流产必须要及时采取有效的治疗措施，否则会对孕妇和胎儿造成严重不良影响[2]。根据早期先兆流产的实际情况，一般会采用相应的保胎措施。本研究对早期先兆流产治疗中保胎治疗的效果进行分析，报道如下： 1.资料与方法 1.1一般资料 选取我院2014年2月到2015年2月期间收治的早期先兆流产孕妇60例为试验组，另选取同时期与我院进行产前检查并在我院生产的正常孕妇60例为对照组。对照组产妇年龄在23～35岁，平
