精品论文 参考文献 早期综合护理干预对高危新生儿体格智能发育的影响 解珍 　　(商丘市第一人民医院新生儿一NICU1 河南商丘 476100) 　　[摘要] 目的:探讨早期综合护理干预对高危新生儿体格智能发育的影响。方法:选取2013年5月-2015年6月在本院出生的高危新生儿60例，将其随机分为两组，各30例，对照组新生儿给予常规护理干预，观察组新生儿给予早期综合护理干预。结果:观察组新生儿的语言、认知能力及大动作等智能发育情况明显优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组新生儿的身高、体重及头围发育情况明显优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论:早期综合护理干预可有效的促进高危新生儿体格智能发育，促进其健康成长，降低后遗症的发生率，提高高危新生儿的生活质量。 　　[关键词] 早期综合护理干预；体格；智能；高危新生儿；发育 　　Effects of early comprehensive nursing intervention on high risk infants physique intellectual development 　　Xie Zhen (Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital Neonatal a NICU1 Shangqiu 476100) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of early intervention on high-risk neonatal nursing comprehensive physical intellectual development. Methods: May 2013 --2015 in June 60 cases of high-risk newborns born in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients in the control group were given routine neonatal nursing intervention group newborns observed earlier comprehensive nursing intervention. Results: The intellectual development of the observing group newborn language, cognitive ability and other big action was better than the control group, the difference was significant (P lt;0.05); the observation group neonatal height, weight and head circumference development of the situation than the control group, the difference was significant (P lt;0.05). Conclusion: Early comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively promote the development of intelligent physical risk infants, and promote healthy growth, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life for high-risk newborns. 　　[Key words] early comprehensive nursing intervention; physical; intelligent; high-risk newborns; development 　　高危新生儿是临床常见脑损伤，对其体格及智能的发育有一定影响[1]。降低致残率、改善预后、提高患儿的生存质量是临床治疗及护理干预的主要目的。有报道称，给予高危新生儿康复的护理干预取得了较好的临床疗效[2]。因此，特选取了在我院治疗的60例高危新生儿，进一步探讨早期综合护理干预对高危新生儿体格智能发育的影响。结果如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 选取2013年5月-2015年6月在本院出生的高危新生儿60例，其中男32例，女28例；年龄为1-30d，平均年龄为（15.2plusmn;4.5）d；胎龄为（39.5plusmn;5.0）周；体重为（3.1p
