精品论文 参考文献 早幼粒细胞性白血病患者临床护理特点和预后分析 陈培芬(四川宜宾市第二人民医院血液科 644000) 　　 　　【摘要】目的：分析急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者临床护理相关特征以及预后效果。方法：随机选取我院收治早幼粒细胞白血病患者30例，将其分成两组，即观察组和对照组，每组15例。给予观察组进行临床护理，给予对照组进行常规护理，观察两组患者感染率、出血程度以及预后恢复情况、满意度等，并进行比较。结果：两组患者经过护理之后，其出血程度、感染的发生率和满意度、预后恢复情况均有所改善，但是观察组与对照组比较，具有一定的优势，对比两组间的差异，其plt;0.05，则具有显著的统计学意义。结论：对于早幼粒细胞性白血病患者积极采用临床护理，取得良好的效果，可有效降低患者的感染的发生率，减轻出血程度等特点，同时能够帮助患者快速恢复健康，提高生活质量，值得广泛应用。 　　【关键词】早幼粒细胞性白血病 临床护理 预后分析 护理特点 恢复效果 满意度 　　【中图分类号】R733.71 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）44-0204-02 　　【OBJECTIVE】: To analyze patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia cell characteristics and clinical care related prognosis. Methods : randomly selected patients in our hospital promyelocytic leukemia, 30 cases will be divided into two groups, namely the observation group and the control group, 15 cases in each group. Clinical care given to the observation group , the control group given routine care, observe infection , bleeding and prognosis of the extent of the recovery of the two groups of patients , satisfaction, and compared. Results: The two groups of patients after treatment, the degree of bleeding, infection rate and satisfaction have improved the prognosis of recovery, but the observation group and control group , has certain advantages, comparing the differences between the two groups, which plt;0.05, it has a significant statistical significance.
