精品论文 参考文献 早期中医康复护理干预对脑卒中急性期患者日常生活能力的影响分析 唐春梅 怀化市中医医院脑病科 湖南怀化 418000 【摘 要】目的：分析早期中医康复护理干预对脑卒中急性期患者日常生活能力的影响。方法：将我院收治的100例脑卒中急性期患者随机分成常规护理组与中医护理组各50例，常规护理组应用早期常规康复护理干预，中医护理组应用早期中医康复护理干预，对比两组患者的日常生活能力与生存质量。结果：中医护理组护理干预后的日常生活能力评分明显高于常规护理组，对比两组差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；中医护理组护理干预后的生存质量评分明显高于常规护理组，对比两组差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：对脑卒中急性期患者实施早期中医康复护理干预，可明显提升患者的日常生活能力，值得推广。 【关键词】早期中医康复护理；脑卒中；急性期；日常生活能力；影响 The effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the daily life ability of patients with acute cerebral apoplexy Chun Mei Tang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Huaihua City Huaihua Hunan 418000 [Abstract] Objective：to analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the daily life ability of patients with acute cerebral apoplexy. Methods：our hospital 100 cases of patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into routine nursing group and the nursing group with 50 cases in each group，the routine nursing group used routine early rehabilitation nursing intervention group，TCM Nursing Application of early TCM rehabilitation nursing intervention，the ability of daily life and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results：the TCM nursing group after nursing intervention of the ADL score was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group，there were statistically significant differences between the two groups（Plt;0.05）；quality of life scores of TCM nursing group after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group，the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（Plt;0.05）. Conclusion：the implementation of early Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with acute stroke，can significantly improve the patients daily life ability，it is worth promoting.
