高中毕业生42691名体质检查价值的探讨 福建省福州市第一医院健康体检中心　李育才 揭建长 谢雅珠 罗丽萍 余素光 【摘要】 目的 了解和分析高中毕业生身体素质和健康状况,旨在提高和促进青少年健康的方式和方法。方法 根据国家教育部、卫生部、中国残疾人联合会教学[2003]3号文件规定普通高等学校招生体检要求标准进行。实行专职的人员、统一的检查方法、集中时间对2003~2005年高中毕业生42691名进行批量体检并进行统计分析。结果 急性病毒性肝炎14例;乙肝病毒感染率10.30%;浸润性肺结核18例;眼屈光不正(近视眼)83.76%；先天性心脏病2例；体质标准合格13.17%、不合格0.08%、报考专业受限(单病种累计)96.23%。结论 高中毕业生的身体素质低下，健康状况不容乐观，主要原因可能为应试教育、心理压力、精神紧张等因素导致自身免疫力下降、抗病能力降低有关。 【关键词】 高中毕业生；体质检查；价值 The analysis of physical examination for 42691 senior high school graduate students Li Yucai，Jie Jianchang，Cheng Liming，et al Department Of Healthly Examination Center，The First Hospital Of Fuzhou，Fujian，Province，350003 ABSTRACT Objective To investigate and analyze the constitution and health condition of senior high school graduate students, so as to seek some measures to improve and promote teenagers health.Methods 42,691 senior high school students graduated in 2003~2005 were checked up according to common university and college recruitment examination standard by special medical personnel with unitive methods in concentrated time. Then the whole data were statistic analyzed.Results The data showed that in total examinee there were 14 cases of acute viral hepatitis, 18 cases of active tuberculosis, 2 cases of congenital heart diseases, the rate of HBV-infection was 10.61%, nearsightedness 83.76%; and that the rate of purely qualification, disqualification and specialty limit for registering was 13.17%, 0.08%, and 96.23% respectively. Conclusion The constitution of senior high school graduate students was lowly, and their health condition was unsatisfactory. The main reasons were possibly related with declined immunity and lower ability to resist diseases which resulted from examinatorial education, psychological stress and nerve strain.
