精品论文 参考文献 术前访视应用于手术室护理的影响研究 岳阳职业技术学院附属医院手术室 湖南岳阳 414000 【摘 要】目的：研究分析术前访视应用于手术室护理的影响。方法：选取2015年6月——2015年12月我院收治的进行手术的患者95例为本次研究对象，按照护理方式的不同分成两组，观察组和对照组。对照组患者在手术前进行常规手术护理访视，观察组患者在手术前进行综合的术前访视护理。对比两组患者对护理的满意度、以及两组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁的情况。结果：接受护理后两组患者抑郁、焦虑自评量表评分情况较护理前均有所改善；观察组患者抑郁与焦虑状况改善程度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者总满意率95.56%，对照组总满意率82%；观察组患者总满意率明显高于对照组，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：优质的术前访视护理可以有效降低患者的抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪，利于临床治疗、护理工作的开展，值得临床推广。 【关键词】术前访视；手术室护理；影响 [Abstract]：Objective：To study the preoperative visit used in operating room nursing.Methods：a total of 2015 June 2015 years December in our hospital admitted for surgery patients 95 cases as the research object，according to the nursing mode is divided into two groups，the observation group and the control group.The control group patients in the preoperative routine nursing and observation of patients in operation before the comprehensive preoperative visit nursing.Compared two groups of patients for nursing satisfaction，and two groups of patients before and after the intervention of anxiety and depression.Results：accept nursing after two groups of patients with depression and anxiety self rating scale scores than the nursing were before Improved；observation group patients with depression and anxiety status improved significantly better than the control group（P lt; 0.05）.Observation group，the total satisfaction rate of 95.56%，in the control group，the total satisfaction rate of 82%；total satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，P lt; 0.05，with statistical significance.Conclusion：the quality of preoperative visit nursing can effectively reduce the patients with depression，anxiety and other negative emotions，beneficial to the clinical treatment，the development of nursing work，it is worth clinical promotion. 随着我国医疗改革的不断深入，医疗服务水平的提升在改革中起着重要的作用。手术患者一般手术前心理压力较大，如果出现严重的应激反应对手术治疗以及患者的预后都有一定的影响。本文主要研究分析术前访视应用于手术室护理的影响，旨在提高我院的护理服务水平，特选取2015年6月——2015年12月我院收治的进行手术的患者95例为
