精品论文 参考文献 某院门诊HIVAIDS患者用药现状及其依从性的分析 袁苗 吴晓华 赵海燕 晁薇 　　（徐州市传染病医院 江苏徐州 221004） 　　【摘要】目的：对在我院接受免费抗病毒治疗的HIV/AIDS患者进行追踪调查,了解患者用药现状，并对患者用药依从性进行分析。以找出提高HIV/AIDS患者用药依从性的有效方案。方法：选取首次在我院接受HAART治疗的艾滋病患者179例为研究对象，药师在宣教前后采用自制问卷和面对面现场调查两次。对患者进行用药现状及影响因素的调查，计算患者的用药依从性，统计各影响因素，同时门诊药师辅以对患者用药宣教，并观察效果。结果：调查对象的用药依从性有较大差别，影响依从性的因素有很多，主要有：药物不良反应、服药不便、缺乏治疗信心、疏忽错过用药时间、其他疾病影响及忘记服药等。随着依从性教育的开展，HIV/AIDS患者用药依从性有所提高。结论：药师加强用药宣教，加强对患者的用药指导，有针对性的开展依从性教育对提高HIV/AIDS患者抗病毒治疗具有重大意义。 　　【关键词】HID/AIDS；用药现状；依从性；药师 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）17-0013-03 　　Medication status and compliance analysis on the HIV/AIDS patients in outpatients Yuan Miao,Wu Xiaohua,Zhao Haiyan,ChaoWei. 　　Infectious Disease Hospital in Xuzhou city ,Xuzhou,China,221004,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To track from HIV/AIDS patients receiving free antiretroviral treatment, in order to understand the present situation for treating patients and analyze the patients medication compliance. Then we find out to enhance the medication compliance of patients with HIV/AIDS. Methods 179 cases of HIV/AIDS patients in our hospital receiving HAART treatment at the first time were selected as the research objects, the pharmacist at the scene of the mission before and after using self-designed questionnaire and face-to-face survey twice. Survey of patients with medication status and influencing factors, the calculation of the patients medication adherence, statistics, various influencing factors of outpatient pharmacist with the patients medication at the same time, the effects were observed.
