精品论文 参考文献 标准化病人联合案例教学法在《内科护理学》教学中的应用效果 南华大学附属南华医院 【摘 要】目的 探讨标准化病人联合案例教学法在《内科护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法 随机抽取本校2012级护理专业中4 个班的学生为研究对象，其中2 个班为对照组，2个班为试验组；其中对照组学生人数为107人，试验组学生人数为113人。对照组采用传统教学方法，试验组采用标准化病人联合案例教学法进行教学；比较两组学生理论成绩、护士执业考试通过率、学生对《内科护理学》课程的认识和兴趣及教学满意度。结果 通过标准化病人联合案例教学法在《内科护理学》教学中的应用，相比对照组学生，试验组学生对《内科护理学》满意度明显提高。试验组学生《内科护理学》平均理论成绩显著高于对照组，分别为77.72plusmn;9.08分和74.79plusmn;10.84分，P=0.030。试验组和对照组学生参加全国统一护士执业考试分别为69.81plusmn;10.79分和63.67plusmn;9.14分，P=0.001，且试验组学生护士执业考试通过率显著高于对照组（Plt;0.05）。结论 标准化病人联合案例教学法可提高学生对《内科护理学》教学的教学满意度，有利于提高教学效果，值得借鉴推广。 【关键词】标准化病人；案例教学法；内科护理学 Application effect of standardized patients combined with case teaching method in the teaching of Internal Medicine Nursing LUO xiaoyan，LI hong，SONG xiaojin，HU Xiaoping，YING jianhua，WANG zhen （1.the Affiliated Nanhua Hospital of University of South China，Hengyang，Hunan，421002，China） Abstract Objective To explore the effect of standardized patients combined with case teaching method in the teaching of internal medicine nursing.Methods 4 classes of the grade 2012 nursing students in our school were randomly selected as the research object，2 classes of which as the control group（n=107)，2 classes of which as the experimental group（n=113).The traditional teaching method was applied in the control group，and standardized patients combined with case teaching method was did in the experimental group.The score of theory，the passing rate of the nurse，the students understanding and interest to internal medicine nursing，and the teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were compared with those in the control group.Results Compared with the control group，the satisfaction to internal medicine nursing of the students in the experimental group were significantly improved.The score of theory of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group，which was 77.72plusmn;9.08 and 74.79 plusmn;10.84，respectively，P=0.030.the score of the national unified nurse practitio
