节能技术与装备 节能环保的新型CFB 锅炉冷渣器 周灵敏 ( 中冶华天南京工业炉工程技术有限公司设计部 安徽马鞍山 243005) 摘 要： 本文在总结分析比较国内广泛使用的各种循环流化床锅炉冷渣器的结构特点和使用效果的基础上，结合气固两相 流动、传热的特点,设计出新型冷渣器的主冷却段。为了掌握新型冷渣器内部气固两相流动的特征，以FLUENT软件为基础， 采用CFD方法对冷渣器内部气固两相进行了数值模拟. 研究结果表明：本文所设计的新型CFB锅炉冷渣器能够更好地结合 冷渣器内部的气固两相流动和传热特性，达到了强化传热效果的目的，提高冷渣器的冷却效率，大大缩小冷渣器的体积。 此新型循环流化床锅炉冷渣器仅用空气冷却炉渣,具有较高的炉渣冷却效果, 同时起到了节水作用，且操作简单,运行安全可 靠,维护方便,达到了低污染的环保要求,具有生产推广价值。 关键词： 循环流化床锅炉；冷渣器；气固两相流；新型；节能；环保 Energy and Environment Saving Cooler of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler ZHOU Ling-min (Design Department of furnace Huatian metallurgy .Co ltd. Nanjing 243005 China) Abstract: It selected the widely used CFB boiler slag cooler as researching object through analyzing many kinds of slag cooler of CFB boilers and designing the new Slag Cooler of Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler. By using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) soft ware FLUENT, the Gas Solid Flow in Slag Cooler of Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler. Numerical simulated to pursue better understanding the flow characteristics and theories of the Gas Solid Flow in Slug Cooler of Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler .Research results indicate that: this paper presents correctly the air flow filed in the slag cooler, and presents the vector graph of velocity ，magnitude distribution of velocity and distribution of pressure in the flow field at the same time, and analyses the characteristics of the air flow field. And these researched results would provide credible parameters and optimal select cases for frame design and provide reference parameters and handling direction for credible working.
