文章编号 : 1002Ο0268 (2005) 01Ο0017Ο05 不同类型 SBS 改性剂适用气候分区研究 袁万杰 , 彭 波 , 陈忠达 (长安大学公路学院 , 陕西 西安 710064) 摘要 : 沥青改性剂 SBS 分为线型和星型两大类 , 每类按不同的嵌段比又可分为不同型号 , 对沥青的改善效果影响较 大 。通过试验 , 对不同类型及型号的 SBS 改性剂采用不同配方和剂量制备的改性沥青路用性能进行了系统研究 , 包括 针入度指数 、当量软化点 、当量脆点 、低温延度 、弹性恢复 、热稳定性 、老化前后性能对比和经济性分析 。研究表 明 : SBS 对沥青的感温性能均有显著改善 , 道改二号 、YHΟ791 和 YHΟ792 可同时改善沥青的高温性能和低温性能 , 此 外 SBS 的掺量与沥青弹性恢复性能的提高存在相关性 。为了量化 SBS 改性沥青老化后低温性能的衰减 , 提出了延度比 指标及建议值 , 并结合经济技术分析 , 提出了不同气候分区适宜的 SBS 改性剂类型和型号 。 关键词 : 改性沥青 ; SBS ; 延度比 ; 气候分区 ; 路用性能 中图分类号 : U214103 文献标识码 : A Study o n Climate Zo ne fo r Diff ere nt Kind s of SB S Mo difier s YUAN WanΟjie , PENG B o , CHEN ZhongΟda ( College of Highway Engineering , Chang’an University , Shaanxi Xi’an 710064 , China) Ab stract : SBS modifiers of asphalt can be classified as star type and line type1Both types include different kinds of dissimilar SΠB , and they make remarkable effects on modified asphalt1Through experiments , performance of modified asphalts made by different proportions and usage of SBS modifiers with different kinds and types were researched systematically1Indexes studied including penetration index , equivalent softening point , equivalent breaking point , low temperature ductility , elastic recovery ability , hot stability , performance comparison before and after aging and economy analysis1The results show that SBS can obviously improve the temperature sensitivity of asphalt1SBS Ⅱfor Highway , YHΟ791 and YHΟ792 can improve the high and low temperature properties at the same time1Furthermore , the usage of SBS has relativity with the improvement of elastic recovery ability of asphalt1In order to quantify the decline of lowΟtempera2 ture performance of asphalt after aging , ductility ratio and recommend value are put forward , and according to economic and technic analysis , the types and kinds of SBS modifiers for different climate zones are put forward1 Key word s : Modified asphalt ; SBS ; Ductility rat
