精品论文 参考文献 欣母沛宫颈注射联合卵圆钳钳夹宫颈防治产后出血的临床研究 山东省寿光市妇幼保健院 262700 【摘 要】目的 探讨欣母沛宫颈注射联合卵圆钳钳夹宫颈在防治子宫下段收缩欠佳所致的产后出血中的临床疗效。方法 2012年6月至2014年6月在寿光市妇幼保健院住院的足月妊娠产妇随机分为两组，实验组即欣母沛组98例：A组49例：给予宫颈注射欣母沛250ug；B组49例：给予宫颈注射欣母沛250ug联合卵圆钳钳夹；对照组即缩宫素组98例：C组49例：给予宫颈注射缩宫素20U；D组49例：给予宫颈注射缩宫素20U联合卵圆钳钳夹。观察患者在产后、产后2h、产后24h出血量及血红蛋白量及产后出血率。结果 欣母沛组在出血量、产后出血率方面均优于缩宫素组，差异有显著性（Plt;0.05或Plt;0.01）；欣母沛组间比较：B组在产后出血量、产后2h、24h出血量、HB量明显优于A组，差异有显著性（Plt;0.05或Plt;0.01）。结论 欣母沛能促进子宫收缩，明显减少产后出血量，降低产后出血率。 【关键词】欣母沛；卵圆钳钳夹宫颈；产后出血；产后出血率 Clinical study of hemabate cervical injection combined with oval forceps for prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cervix clamping Ding Xiaoe Du Feng Shouguang City，maternal and Child Health Hospital，Shangdong Province，China，262700 Abstract：Objective To investigate the hemabate cervical injection combined with sponge forceps clamp cervical clinical efficacy in the prevention postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia in lower segment uterine.Method From 2012 June to 2014 June in the Shouguang city Maternal and Child Health care Hospital in full term pregnancy women were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group that hemabate group is 98 cases.Group A is 49 cases：Given the cervical injection of hemabate 250ug；Group B is 49 cases：Given the cervical injection of hemabate 250ug combined with sponge forceps clamp cervical.The control group that Oxytocin injection group is 98 cases：Group C is 49 cases：Oxytocin 20U was injected into the lower segment uterine.Group D is 49 cases：Given the cervical injection of oxytocin 20U combined with sponge forceps clamp cervical.Observe the amount of bleeding within postpartum，2 hours and 24 hours after delivery，hemoglobin molecule and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage.Result In postpartum hemorrhages volume，the hemabate group was less than the oxytocin group，and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhages was lower.While the hemoglobin molecule was higher than the oxytocin group.There is significant difference between them（Plt
