学 士 学 位 论 文 系 别： 中文系 学科专业： 汉语言文学 姓 名： 王飞艳 运 城 学 院 2010年5月 毕 业 论 文 题 目：论语文教师的专业化发展 系 别： 中文系 学科专业： 汉语言文学 姓 名： 王飞艳 指导教师： 许云萍 运 城 学 院 2010年5月 论语文教师的专业化发展 摘 要： 教师的专业化发展是一个多维度、持续发展的过程，分析教师专业化发展的特征，能够促进教师专业化发展的进程。由于语文学科的特殊性，决定了语文教师专业化发展内容的特殊性，并且目前我国的新课改以及素质教育的推出在很大程度上是针对语文的，所以语文教师和语文教师的专业化发展都面临严峻挑战。在如此的语文教育环境中，语文教师职业心理疲惫、知识更新缓慢，加之职前教育与在职培训的严重脱节致使语文教师专业化发展步履维艰、进退维谷，也使语文教育始终滞后于我国经济社会的发展，从而又影响我国经济社会的发展。所以说，加快语文教师专业化发展的进程是国家、学校以及语文教师共同肩负的历史使命，而研究语文教师专业化发展的特点、现状以及对其实现途径的反思是完成历史使命的关键所在。 关键词：语文教师 专业化 特殊性 The professional development of Chinese teachers Abstract: Teachers’ professional development is a multidimensional and sustainable process. It can improve teachers’ professional development process to analyze the characteristics of it. It is the particularity of the language discipline that determines the particularity of the contents of the Chinese teachers’ professional development, and the curriculum reform at present in china as well as the quality of education in largely aimed at the Chinese language. So the language teachers and their professional development are all facing serious challenges. In such a serious environment of Chinese teaching, it has led to the psychological exhaustion of teachers and the slowly changing of their knowledge. And when added the serious separation of knowledge education pre-service and in-service training, which caused difficulties in teachers’ professional development ,it also made the Chinese teaching be behind of the economy and society development ,which in turn affected our economic and social development. So it is a history mission of the state, the schools, as well as the language teachers to accelerate the process of Chinese teachers’ professional development.
