精品论文 参考文献 泪道探通术治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎的疗效与护理 （广西柳州市妇幼保健院眼科 广西柳州 545001） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨泪道探通术治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎的疗效与护理。方法：855例（1170眼）婴幼儿泪囊炎患儿按照月龄分为3组，均行泪道冲洗（必要时增加泪道探通术）治疗,讨论各年龄组成功率和该治疗护理要点。结果：708例患儿经一次治疗能达到治愈效果，141例需行二次探通治疗，6例治疗无效。经分析发现，月龄越小，一次治疗成功率越高。泪道探通一次性成功治愈A组316例(100%)；B组295例1次治愈236例(80%)，2次治愈59例(20%)；C组244例1次治愈156例(64%)，2次治愈82例(34%)，疗效较差6例(2%)。结论：早期行泪道探通治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎是安全有效，小月龄患儿治疗效果更佳。 　　【关键词】婴幼儿泪囊炎；泪道探通；护理 　　【中图分类号】R473.77 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）19-0236-03 　　 The Effect amp; Nursing of Probing of Lacrimal Passage for treatment on Infantrsquo;s dacryocystitis 　　 Tang Hong, Wu Kailin, Chen Zhenwen.Ophthalmology of Guang Xi Liuzhou Maternity and Childrenrsquo;s Health Care Hospital 545001 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect and nursing of probing of lacrimal passage for treatment on infantrsquo;s dacryocystitis.Method 855 cases(1170 eyes) of infants with dacryocystitis to be divided to 4 groups according to month-age, apply syringing of lacrimal passage to all groups, and probing of lacrimal passage will be applied when necessary. Discuss the success rate and key points of nursing for each group of month-age. Results 708 cases were cured after one time treatment, 141 cases were cured with second time probing of lacrimal passage, 6 cases failed. Analysis shows that the success rate is higher in younger month-age group. The one time success rate of probing of lacrimal passage in each group are: A group 316 cases, 316 one time success (100%); B group 295 cases, 236 one time success (80%) and 59 second time success (20%); C group 244 cases, 156 one time success (64%) and 82 second time success (34%) however 6 failed (2%).
