精品论文 参考文献 流程优化对提高手术间利用率的初步研究 钱 蓉 吴 爵通讯作者 周 刚 全 怡 　　成都市第三人民医院 四川成都 610031； 　　*成都医学院第一附属医院 四川成都 610500 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨流程优化在手术间数量不变情况下的利用率。方法：通过记录每日择期首台手术患者入室时间、麻醉开始时间、手术开始时间、手术接台间隔时间、手术取消台次的原因，召开围手术期相关科室工作讨论会制定相应措施和改进方案。 结果：影响手术室利用率主要有三方面原因：（1）首台手术开始时间延迟；（2）手术接台时间过长；（3）取消计划手术过多。流程优化后首台手术在预定时间（9:00AM）开始的比例由计划实施前的77%提高到91%（Plt;0.05，X2= 3.35 ），手术间接台手术间隔时间缩短14min（Plt;0.05，t=1.25），计划手术取消比例由计划实施前的10%减少到1%（Plt;0.01，X2= 5.38）。结论：流程优化可以提高手术间的利用率。 　　【关键词】手术室；流程优化；利用率 　　【中图分类号】R197.323 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1764-8999（2015）7-0519-02 　　The preliminary research on the process optimization to improve the utilization rate of the operating room 　　【Abstract】Objective：Discussion on process optimization in operation by the number under the condition of a constantrate . Methods by recording the daily operation patients undergoing first time ,anesthesia, operation start time start time, interval time of operation, operation table to cancel the second reason, perioperation period of the relevant departments held a work conference to formulate the corresponding measures and solutions. Resultsthe effect of operation room utilization rate has three main reasons: (1) the first operation start time delay; (2) operation station time; (3) to cancel the planned operation too much. After the first stage operation process optimization in a predetermined time (9:00AM) increased by the proportion of planned to start before the implementation of the 77% to 91% (Plt;0.05, X2= 3.35), operation of indirect operation interval shortened 14min (Plt;0.05, t=1.25), plans to cancel operation by the proportion of planned before the implementation of the 10% reduced to 1% (Plt;0.01, X2= 5.38).
