关于 SHPB 实验中两个问题的思考 田常津 张方举 陶俊林 （中国工程物理研究院结构力学研究所，四川绵阳919 信箱 401 分箱，621900 ） 摘要：在本文中，通过对人们常常提及的导杆与试件得阻抗匹配问题和用于高温 SHPB 实验 技术中的导杆与试件的自动组装问题进行了认真的思考和实践，得到了一些规律性认识。在 研究导杆与试件阻抗匹配关系时，将入射杆对试件进行应力波加载过程中视试件给予波导杆 的阻力为弹簧的抗力，建立了理论模型，由此得到控制方程和无量纲参数α和β。通过对不同 的α和β值求解方程将其结果（即为输出杆的应力）与输入脉冲σi 相比较，可确定出导杆与试 件阻抗适度匹配的α和β的取值范围。在高温 SHPB 实验时，将 SHPB 改造为自动组装系统， 在实验前将试件在加热炉中加温，导杆则置于炉外，实验时进行组装，从而避免了导杆温度 梯度的影响。文中给出导杆与试件接触热传导的影响。 关键词：SHPB,阻抗匹配，接触热传导 Consider Two Problems about SHPB Experiment Abstract: The problems of the impedance matching between bars and specimen and the auto-assembling technique of bars and specimen used in high temperature SHPB experiment are staidly thinked and fulfilled in the paper, get some regulations understanding. Studies on the impedance matching between bars and specimen. A theoretical model is established by taking the specimen as a spring with varying stiffness in SHPB experiments. The corresponding analysis gives a foundation for choice of material and size for bars and specimen according to the impedance matching principle. Two dimensionless parameters α and β are defined, which describe the impedance match between bars and specimen. The range of α and β is gained. SHPB is reformed as the auto-assembling system in high temperature SHPB experiment. Before experiment specimen will be heated in heat stove, leading the bars outside stove .The bars will be carried together with specimen when experiment, thus avoiding lead the effect of temperature gradient in the bars.The influence of contact thermal conductance between the bars and specimen is given .
