精品论文 参考文献 浅析老年痴呆吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能训练的护理 （中国人民解放军总医院 北京 100853） 【摘 要】目的：对老年痴呆吞咽障碍患者进行吞咽功能训练，以提高老年痴呆患者的生活质量，和患者满意度，维护医患关系，探讨正确的护理训练方式。方法：对我院2013年7月-2015年4月期间收治的64例老年痴呆吞咽障碍患者进行吞咽功能训练。结果：通过对患者采取心理疏导、健康训练等方式，患者的吞咽功能明显恢复，通过对患者家属进行健康教育，患者及其家属均积极配合护理训练工作，本次参与研究的64例患者中58例患者的吞咽功能出现不同程度的恢复。结论：老年痴呆患者在记忆、定向和判断力方面均有不同程度的障碍，加之老年患者机体功能逐渐下降，对患者的吞咽功能训练和护理是十分必要的，医护人员与患者家属间的积极配合是保障训练的重要基础，在训练过程中，对进行鼓励，帮助患者建立信心也是十分重要的。 【关键词】老年痴呆；吞咽障碍；吞咽功能；护理训练 【中图分类号】R473 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-6194（2015）02-0070-02 【Abstract】Objective:To dementia swallowing disorder in patients with swallowing function training, in order to improve the quality of life of patients with alzheimers disease, and patients satisfaction, maintenance of the doctor-patient relationship, correct nursing practice are discussed.Methods: from July 2013 - April 2015 treated 64 cases of senile dementia during swallowing disorder in patients with swallowing function training.Results:the patients with psychological counseling and health training ways,swallowing function in patients with obvious recovery, through the study of the health education of patients families, patients and their families are actively cooperate with the nursing training work, the study of 64 cases of 58 patients with swallowing function in patients with different degrees of recovery.Conclusion:memory,orientation, and judgment in patients with alzheimers disease all have different degree of disabilities,and elderly patients body function gradually decline,swallowing function training and nursing on patients is very necessary, actively cooperate with between medical staff and patients families is the important foundation of security training, in the process of training, to encourage and help patients to build confidence is also very important. 【Key words】alzheimers disease;Swallowing disorders;Swallowing function; Nursing training 随着我国逐渐进入老龄化社会，我国老年痴呆患者逐年增加。老年痴呆患者主要表现在行为障碍和认知能力下降等方面，患者在后期均会出现不同程度的吞咽障碍，进而导致患者营养不良、引发吸入性肺炎等，甚至严重者可导致患者窒息死亡[1]。对老年痴呆患
