精品论文 参考文献 浅析老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果 富锦市中医院骨科 156100 摘要： 目的：研究分析老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者的有效治疗方法。方法：此次研究的对象是选择我院行切口复位固定术治疗的49例老年骨质疏松性患者。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并将其设为普通组。纳入2015年1-5月收治的49例老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为治疗组，对治疗组患者实施粗隆骨内固定、股骨头置换术治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、Harris髋关节功能评分、术后并发症发生率和住院时间。结果：普通组手术时间、住院时间均明显长于治疗组，且术中出血量明显多于治疗组，Harris髋关节功能评分明显低于治疗组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。治疗组患者的并发症发生率为6.1%，普通组为20.4%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结???：粗隆骨内固定、股骨头置换术治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折，创伤小、效果好、安全性高，临床推广应用价值显著。 　　关键词： 老年；骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折；切口复位固定术；股骨头置换术；疗效 　　[Abstract] Objective：To study the effective treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods：the study was performed in 49 elderly patients with osteoporosis who were treated by incision reduction and fixation. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and their clinical data were set up as a common group. Methods 49 cases of senile osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture were treated with 1-5 in 2015，and the treatment group was treated with the treatment group. The operation time，blood loss，Harris hip function score，postoperative complication rate and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared. Results：average operative time，hospitalization time were significantly longer than those in the treatment group and intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group，Harris hip function score was significantly lower than that of the treatment group，the two groups differences were statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the treatment group was 6.1%，and the average group was 20.4%，and there was significant difference between the two groups（Plt;0.05）. Conclusion：intertrochanteric fracture fixation and femoral head replacement in the treatment of senile osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture，trauma，good effect，high safety，clinical application value is significant.
