精品论文 参考文献 浅析肾小球疾病的临床与病理观察 黑龙江省农垦总局总医院 150000 【摘 要】目的 研究分析肾小球疾病临床与病理特点。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2010年1月～2013年6月在我院收治的成人肾小球疾病116例患者。将其临床病例资料进行回顾性分析，所有患者均经肾活检确诊为肾小球疾病，分析其肾脏病理类型，以及病理与临床表现的关系。结果 116例成人肾小球疾病患者中84例患者为原发性肾小球疾病，占72.4%；32例患者为继发性肾小球疾病，占27.6%。其中IgA肾病是原发性肾小球肾炎的主要病理类型，占39.8%。对于肾病综合征、肾炎综合征的患者，不伴有肾小管间质损害的患者与伴有肾小管间质损害的患者相比，两组间尿白蛋白，血肌酐、血尿酸之间的差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 肾小球疾病中以原发性肾小球肾炎最为常见，其中IgA肾病是原发性肾小球肾炎最常见的??理类型；而狼疮性肾炎是成人继发性肾小球肾炎最常见的病理类型。不同的肾小球疾病病理类型可有不同的临床表现，尿白蛋白、血肌酐、血尿酸在肾小球疾病的肾小管间质损害中起着一定作用。 【关键词】肾小球疾病；临床表现；病理特点 [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical and pathological characteristics of glomerular diseases.Methods the study subjects were selected from June 2013 to January 2010 in our hospital 116 cases of adult patients with glomerular diseases.The clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were diagnosed as glomerular disease by renal biopsy，and analyzed the relationship between the pathological types and clinical manifestations.Results in 116 cases of adult glomerular diseases，84 cases of primary glomerular diseases，accounting for 72.4%；32 cases of secondary glomerular diseases，accounting for 27.6%.IgA nephropathy is the main pathological type of primary glomerulonephritis，accounting for 39.8%.For nephritic syndrome in patients with nephrotic syndrome and，compared to patients not associated with renal tubular interstitial damage patients associated with renal tubular interstitial damage.Between the two groups urinary albumin，the difference between the serum creatinine，blood uric acid with statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion glomerular diseases in primary glomerulonephritis is the most common，including IgA nephropathy is primary glomerular nephritis was the most common pathological type；lupus nephritis is the most common pathological type of adult secondary glomerulonephritis.Different types of glomerular diseases can have different clinical manifestations，urinary albumin，serum creatinine，serum uric acid plays a role in renal tubular i
