有机磷农药中毒患者一体化急救护理管理探讨论文 [摘要] 目的 探讨一体化急救模式下护理管理在有机磷农药中毒患者救治中所发挥的作用。 方法 将198例有机磷农药中毒患者按时间先后分为两组，2012年5月～2013年12月浙江省余姚市人民医院救治的96例有机磷农药中毒患者设为实验组，2010年9月～2012年4月浙江省余姚市人民医院救治的102例有机磷农药中毒患者设为对照组，实验组实施与一体化急救模式相适应的护理管理措施，包括调整急救中心的布局与设施、完善应急预案、规范抢救程序、注重抢救的时效性、优化人力资源、规范护理病历书写、定期组织学习法律知识等，对照组常规护理，未实施与一体化急救模式相适应的护理管理措施，通过回顾分析比较两组患者的救治效果和满意度。 结果 与对照组相比，实验院前反应时间明显缩短，差异有高度统计学意义[min比min，P [中图分类号] R473.5[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-721006-0109-04 Explorations about organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients with integrated emergency nursing management CHEN Jing WANG Zhengquan FANG Ya LU Wen Yuyao Peoples Hospital, Zhejiang Province, Yuyao15400, China [Abstract] Objective To explore the integration of emergency nursing management mode in treating patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methodspatients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning from May01to December01were setted in the experiment group, 10patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning from September010 to April01were setted in the control group. The experiment group was adapted to the implementation and integration of emergency rescue mode of nursing management measures, including adjustment of the emergency center layout and facilities of the emergency center, improve the emergency response plans, salvage procedures, pay attention to the timely rescue, optimization of human resources, standard care medical record writing, organize regular learning legal knowledge. The control group was given the conventional nursing, without implement care management and integrated emergency mode to adapt, through retrospective analysis comparing two groups of patients the treatment effect and satisfaction.
