什么是决策 Decision making is the process by which managers respond to opportunities and threats by analyzing options and making determinations about specific org goals and course of action. 什么是决策 决策就是管理者通过分析组织目标和各种备选的行动方案,并做出最终决定以应对组织所面临的机遇和威胁的过程。 决策的特点 Decision making is difficult and challenging because of the uncertainty arising from changes occurring in the environment.
